Radix Nutrition only currently ships to New Zealand addresses.
All meals are sent by courier and should arrive within 1-3 working days (New Zealand) from the date payment is received. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. The price to deliver is calculated in accordance with the CourierPost/DHL tariff based on your order to optimise space and minimise cost.

What's the Status of my Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. If you have any issues tracking please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you.
How to make a return
Please ensure your items are carefully packaged and addressed clearly. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.
1. Download and fill out a returns form to include in your parcel to us. You can download it here. This helps us to process your request quickly and efficiently for you.

3. We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return. Your refund will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to return to your account.
Please ensure your items are returned to us in adequate packaging to avoid damage and via a trusted courier. Radix can only receive delivery by couriers.
We may not be able to change your order once you have placed it, but you are welcome to contact us, and we will try our best to take care of your request. However, once your purchase has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to change your delivery address, payment method or amend an order. Of course, you can always return any unopened products to us for a refund.
Digital gift cards are not eligible for cancellation.
Defective or damaged products
We stand behind all of our products. If your product is defective or damaged and it has been more than 30 days, we will exchange it for you at no cost. Please contact us.
